Trans is nature
This design was created by me for a zine by PrairieFruitArts (@prairiefruitarts) in Feb. 2025!
It is based off of the following poem, written by me in 2022.
trans/mutate
i am woman
the same way
wooden atoms
do not break apart
as mushrooms sprout
from a fallen log.
at what point does
groundfall
cease to be a tree
and begin to be
only matter?
neither created nor destroyed,
what once made up mulch
is now mycelium.
does the present
negate the past?
does being now
mean what you were before
never was?
Smoke Gay Weed
This lovely little message is exclusive to the “Gardener’s” Bundle, which includes all of my weedy content so far! This print is on roughly 6x9” hand-cut Japanese mulberry paper and is the perfect addition to your sesh space.
You exist in a queer future
This important message is a powerful disruption to the current cultural narrative around Queerness. There is room for all of us in a Queer future. You, yes, you, exist there.
